Ich bin mit 33 Jahren Landrat geworden. Ich hatte keine Erfahrung in einem Mandat und war auch kein großer Parteistratege. Ich musste viel lernen. Was mich gereizt hat, war Lösungen zu finden und umzusetzen für die kleinen und großen Probleme.
